Responsibilities

 Responsible for identifying and investigating criminal activity relating to intellectual property and trademark violations for our brand throughout Europe, The Middle East, and Africa. The primary focus will be those areas most immediately designated for future expansion.
 Perform market surveys to identify others infringing our Intellectual Property Rights.
 Preparation of case reports covering investigative details and findings as well as identifying control weaknesses with recommended solutions.
 Coordinate efforts with Teammates to determine authenticity of infringing products.
 Coordinate investigative efforts with Private Investigative Groups, Local Law Enforcement, Customs Agencies, and Corporate Attorney’s.
 Provide testimony and swear to legal documents on behalf of Under Armour.
 Maintain communications with Director and Corporate Legal Team regarding ongoing case work.
 Administration and Management of Brand Protection programs, as necessary.
 Train local authorities charged with counterfeit identification and control.
 Conduct audits and Brand Protection training within our approved manufacturing facilities.
 Conduct and support regional web investigations.
 Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Under Armour Brand Protection leadership.

Requirements
 5+ years corporate investigative experience related to brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce preferred.
 Knowledgeable in Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Multi-lingual with the ability to read / write / speak English fluently.
 Ability to be on your feet and walk long distances regularly.
 Be able to work independently, establishing work plans and accomplishing team goals without direct day-to-day oversight.
 Minimum of 50% travel required.
 Must pass a comprehensive background check.
