This position will be responsible for both short & long-term financial planning for the EMEA, ensuring timely submission of deliverables, anticipating business issues and driving good decision-making through first class financial and commercial analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but are not limited to the following:

  • Partner and works closely with Commercial and Finance team mates to deliver Financial Forecasts (Current Year, Budget, 3YP) that are aligned to our Strategic Objectives.
  • Partner and works closely with Sales leads, providing timely and accurate visibility to P&L performance, clearly identifying risks and opportunities to expectation.
  • Create and continue to enhance monthly/quarterly Customer Profitability analysis, effectively communicate and present major drivers of variations vs plan to both financial and commercial team mates.
  • To provide financial & decision support for new business opportunities, enhancing business efficiency. This includes Contractual Negotiations, Pricing and Margin Analysis (Price/Mix/Volume)
  • Responsible for coordinating and submitting relevant forecast submissions (Current Year/3YP) to the financial reporting system (IBPF), verifying accuracy of submissions.
  • Performs ad-hoc financial analysis when required.

TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:include but are not limited to the following:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field and 5 years + of relevant professional experience. Candidate must hold a professional accounting or finance qualification (such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, ACA, CPA)
  • SAP accounting system experience preferred, or familiarity with other corporate financial accounting systems.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Familiarity with FMCG or Consumer Products industry is preferable.                
  • Solid understanding of Accounting rules and regulations
  • Strong Competency - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Must exhibit professionalism and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced / high growth environment.
  • Strong oral and written English Essential
