MISSION:

Supports operations within EMEA partners business and acts as main communication line of partners regarding retail, to ensure brand standards and operational excellence is achieved within the retail partner stores.

Consistent execution of UA operating standards:

  • Works closely with Partner, their teams and across the matrix to ensure policies, procedures, initiatives and brand standards are properly executed in stores. Further develop and implement several programs which includes but is not limited to store operations, logistics, financial modeling, hardware and software requirements, and training needs.
  • Facilitate to partners seasonal updates regarding UA Operations, VM, in store Communication, store development manuals.
  • Ensure Retail Stores achieve compliance of store operating standards – oversee the consistency through store visit reports and tracking documents setting metric and benchmarks for success.
  •  Store commercial audits Conduct store audits and create action plans to rectify poor store performance.
  • Identify and communicate market needs and best practices across partner stores.
  • Create toolkits to support partners in developing operational procedures that mirror O&O stores in order to maintain brand standards.
  • Acts as liaison for store development, O&O stores and Territory managers in retail matters.
  • Leads partner regional initiatives and acts as PMO for Partner Projects.

Retail Supply Forecasting:

  • Gathers Fixture forecast from partners on a Quarterly basis to submit into Atlas Forecast Platform for Global Retail Supply Consolidation.
  • Supply fixture forecast and advise to partners on inventory.
  • Reviews and Analyze opening trends to provide input to senior management on Partner Retail Roll Out.
  • Vendor Management, point of contact  for Partner Retail

Financial Planning and KPI’s

  • Support EM Retail Partner Manager on the store Financial and Business plans which should include, but is not limited to: Real Estate Committee store approval, revenues SG&A, Margins, Wages improvements and action/mitigating plans etc.
  • Analyze KPI's formally on a weekly/ monthly basis be the driver for UA to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Monthly reporting of partner store performance.
  • Review yearly partner roll out plan and updates 3YP.

New Store Openings

  • Support partner new store openings in conjunction with Partner Retail Teams to ensure successful opening.
  • Collaborates with ecommerce to ensure partner retail stores are up to date in UA store locator.
  • Tracks and communicates status of partner stores projects
  • Assist in coordination of the plans, timelines, materials, and par country involvement to ensure the success of the program.
  • Generates new store opening reports to that reflects partner execution and sales trends.

Training

  • Administer ARMOUR U2, ATLAS & Locker Room Access to Partners.
  • Delivers training to Partner Retail team that includes, but is not limited to: Armour U2, Atlas, VM, Store Development processes, Brand Standards, New Partner onboarding, Brand Days, Product, UA WAY Customer Service, others.
  •  Works closely with the Store Development, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and implement the guidelines received.

TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • University degree in business management, ideally with marketing and sales focus.
  • 2-3 years of project management / consulting experience. Retail and franchise experience, preferably within the sports or apparel industry in EMEA is preferred
  • Fluent in English, further languages are a plus (Italian, French or/and Spanish).
  • Knowledge of non-US markets ideally attained through living/working in multiple countries.
  • Multinational reporting and willingness to travel locally and internationally.
