Influencer Marketing Management Executive

for Endurance Sports or Winter Sports & Tennis

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As Influencer Marketing Executive you will act as the face of the sport, responsible for developing the influencer activation plan to accelerate sell-through, and implement brand strategies by coordinating a team of external brand ambassadors. The role’s primary focus is to build a vibrant ambassador community, which drives consumer-facing events such as community activities, demos, clinics, sports events and partnerships.

  • Coordinating the ambassadors’ community on a daily basis.
  • Being the face of the brand towards influencers, partners, federations, institutions and during events. 
  • Negotiating partnerships with external organisers and brands (co-branding program).
  • Implementing the consumer / influencer / grassroots strategies of the brand / sport.
  • Coordinating the community of brand ambassadors to implementing consumer-facing events program and being on-site, if required.
  • Creating, activating and growing influencers’ community.
  • Coordinating incremental social media / viral activation (in coordination with digital marketing manager) through ambassadors.
  • Being an active part of the influencer marketing / ambassador community, sharing and using best practices.
  • Ensuring the quality of the toolbox delivered by brand and it’s implementation by influencers.
  • Cooperating with and managing consumer activation in line with the B2C retail team.  
  • Providing feedback to the marketing team and Territory Commercial Manager.
  • Collaborating with Area Sales Managers, National Account Managers to support customers with content from the community.
  • Tracking and analysing the performance of campaigns and strategic collaborations on a weekly basis.
  • Managing the expenses’ budget.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Min. 4 years’ experience in the specific sports community or overall marketing environment with strong consumer and influencer marketing background
  • Degree in marketing or similar relevant field is beneficial
    • You have made presentations to large audiences (i.e. trainings, product, strategy)
    • You have experience in planning, management and evaluation of events
    • You understand “how social media” works and are able to manage and coordinate social media activities
    • You have gathered first experience in managing external vendors
    • You are a sports enthusiast and well connected with the sports community (eg. tennis, running, winter sports or cycling)
    • You understand the necessity to respect and align processes / activities with local and legal regulations
    • You are open-minded and a team-oriented networker personality with a can-do attitude
  • You have native Dutch and fluent English skills
  • You are willing to work flexibly considering the business need (including occasional weekends)
  • Valid driving license
